I’ve had a pinched nerve in my neck for about a week, and since then I’ve been slightly dizzy and light headed, and the worse it’s got, so has my dizziness. Today it’s really bad, I can barely stand, is this normal?

My pinky on my left hand has been numb for about a week and when I rub a spot on my elbow it tingles, so I’m guessing it’s a pinched nerve.
I can’t afford a doctors visit though or I would go.
I have a herniated disc on my upper shoulder blade is surgery really going to fix it permantly ? I have heard opinions that the surgery wont fix it totally.Should i just live with the pain?
