Can a pinched nerve or pulled muscle cause ringing in your ear or sensitivity to loud noises.?

My doctor said I have a pinched nerve and some pulled muscles in my neck and upper back and I was wondering if this could effect my hearing. It also gives me headaches.
They already checked my ears out and they said it was fine.

What can I do to fix a pinched nerve?

This morning I was going to brush my hair and I brushed and at the same time tilted my head sideways…. Then I heard a crack and the pain came. I’m just assuming it is a pinched nerve, but I have never had one that cracked before coming (If that makes any sense lol) Is there anything I can do at home to make it go away?

I had a CT Scan last week and it stated that I had severe foraminal narrowing resulting in a pinched nerve at C6-C7 on the left side. I have an appointment in 4 weeks with neurosurgeon. My question is is this treatable with conservative therapy or surgery?
