I went to the er last night and and the Dr. told me i have a pinched nerve in my shoulder/neck its making everything ache and Ive been up all night crying now i just want to go to sleep. i need to know how to make this pain go away without the help of a heating pad, pain medicine, or a hot bath. Ive already tried all of the above.
I recently started doing a lot of midsection exercises including leg flutters for the lower back. About a week later, parts of my left leg and foot started to go painfully numb for about an hour (two separate occasions). Could my exercises have caused a pinched nerve?
Whilst my main symptom is cramping, I find that the back and leg pain I get, almost every day, is very hard to relieve. I am wondering whether other people have this symptom and how they get some relief?
4 weeks ago i was stuck in bed because of a herniated disc. Now, this sciatica pain is horrible. It started in my butt and now it has moved to my calf. Is this something that anyone has experienced before? And how long should this last. BTW i no longer feel any discomfort in my back, very minimal. Help please
