Find one that’s …
Find one that’s interested in ALL around health, and you can probably trust him, Ask questions and be informed about subluxations and how the nervous system works. Then you can find the root problem of your pain, and get rid of it from the source

Man, you really …
Man, you really have to know your chiropractor, some are just out there to make money off of your, others are there to heal you, you gotta find a naturalist chiropractor, or else you could be making it worse. Only trust a chiropractor that will give ALL background info on what he/she is doing, how it will help, and how long it will take, if your chiropractor doesn’t tell you all this, he’s probably scamming you..

My chiropractor had …
My chiropractor had this kind of pain down all of both of his legs, he was a volleyball player in college, and he had to stop because of this, but he went to a chiropractor, and bango! Within a few months, almost no pain, more movement, and within a 2 year period, he was completely fine. It’s all caused by subluxations in the spine most of the time.

Hey there people, …
Hey there people, no offence to this guy, but if you want to get rid of this kind of pain, stretches will help, but what you need to do, is go to a fuckin’ chiropractor, not just any, but a good, trustworthy one.

You are absolutely …
You are absolutely correct and if someone has not had the severity of nerve compression and associated pain you have they could not possibly understand, it is actually one of the worst forms of pain you can experience.
With what you describe it is impossible to actually stretch it as the nerve damage creates a kind of pain that simply cannot be stretched and tends to intensify the pain.
These stretches are appropriate for the discomfort experienced from a simple sciatic irritation.

I have found out …
I have found out the hard way that this is VERY bad to do if you also have a herniated disc. You are not suppose to bend forward because you are further pushing the disc onto the nerve. The result is a very painful leg. I am sure this exercise is good for sciatica w/o a herniated disc.
