Thanks for posting …
Thanks for posting these videos! They help alot. The thread the needle one is my favorite, its the one I find most challenging! Even your voice is relaxing. You should make and sell an instructional video!

Thanks for posting …
Thanks for posting your vids. I had a fall & hurt my hip, back & neck. I now have chronic pain. When I was off work I went to some yoga classes which were MORE helpful than physio! (& cheaper) Yoga IS a powerful workout. I’ve spent hours at the gym doing weights & cardio, yoga IS tougher! Try a few classes if you don’t believe me! Since going back to work with crazy shifts & long hours, I can’t make it to yoga class. Taking 10 minutes a day to do a few of these poses help to lessen my pain.

I swear I hear that all the time now. Instead of laying around and popping pain pills, exercising actually helps back pain go away. Deadlifts FTW.

I have a siatic …
I have a siatic nerve problem ro sitting too much and the wallet issue and found my yoga class and some industrial massage in this area has helped alot. Also a ball for sitting 20 minutes a day help alot too. This stretch and another one where you bring one knee into you check with the other foot on top of the knee really releases the hamstring. While sitting your hamstrings tighten too much so need to stretch to compensate.

This is a cat stretch, but when you sit on your hands and knees and raise your back, that’s a cat pose? Are there really two different poses with the same name?
