I have a Cervical herniated disc ( c disc) It is not bad enough that i need surgery, arm pain+numbness symptoms are gone but still a lil back pain and neck stiffness. What amount (mg) of ibuprofen is it recommended i take ? 1600? or more or less?
I meant 1600g a day.. or more or less?

You can take up to 800mg every 8 hours. I wouldn’t do that long term, def. see your doctor again, but you can take the ibuprofen every 8 hours until they figure something more out for you. Hope that helps.
