This morning I was going to brush my hair and I brushed and at the same time tilted my head sideways…. Then I heard a crack and the pain came. I’m just assuming it is a pinched nerve, but I have never had one that cracked before coming (If that makes any sense lol) Is there anything I can do at home to make it go away?

Well i wanna get back into shappe. But from all the weight gain i had i developed a pinched nerve in lower back on the right sidee.
