What medication would work best for back pain from standing for 6 hours?

I have flat feet, which results in back/foot/leg pain and fatigue after standing still for long periods of time. I do have orthotic inserts for my shoes, but that doesn’t stop the pain.
What kind of medication could I talk to my doctor about regarding such an issue? Something that can relieve or possibly numb the pain but keep me coherent during extended periods of standing still? (like orthodox church services for example, which can last as long as 6 hours during the week of easter)

How can i fix back pain when doing ab exercises?

For some reason, every time i try doing an ab exercise, I always get back pains. It only occurs while i do the exercise. I am only 16 years old. The only thing that does not give me back pain is when i lay on a ball and do crunches. Does anyone know how to get rid of my back pain?
