Im only 13 years …
Im only 13 years old.
I got back pain 3 days ago(lower back pain.)
Im 5’8
I weigh 204 lbs.
I got the pain , during football practice.
This hasn’t ever happend to me.
and i have practice 5 days a week. mon.-fri.
What can i do to relieve the pain?
