kinda late on this one but, skyhealer sounds like he knows what hes talking about. just to prove his point about how muscles cramp up in the cold. why do you think they have heating pads and icy hot? becasue the heat relaxes the muscle apposed to when your in cold weather when you shiver. dont freak out at him unless you know what its like to go to a chiropractic. and its not like you can get surgery when your neck hurts. (normally that means your spine is out of aliment.
