I wish he could give my friend Hocker an adjustment like that. Hocker was injured at work when he fell in a brush machine. It would also cheer Hocker up and make his day if Shannon was there and sat on his face for awhile.

There is no good evidence to say that chiropractic is very safe, particularly with cervical manipulations, which have been linked with vertebral artery dissections and stroke. This is because cerebrovascular accidents often occur days – weeks after the adjustment, thus the injury cannot be traced back to its source – the chiropractor.
Much more research needs to be done before you can say that chiropractic adjustments are safe.

improper cracking …
improper cracking of your neck and spine can be bad, its best to let the chiropractor do that. Popping your knuckles wont hurt anything, it doesnt cause arthritis. If you do it alot they can become inflamed but if you stop for a few days it will go away.
